This is a murder mystery night where Waipu locals will plot each others demise and fill your night with laughs. Can you guess who dunnit, if not, don’t worry, just come for the fun.

Waipu Easter Carnival

Waipu-carnivalWaipu now has another key event to add to its annual calendar – the Annual Waipu Easter Carnival.

On the Saturday of Easter from 9-2pm,
this year on 30 March 2013

Waipu Primary PTA are once again hosting the Easter Carnival and it is guaranteed to be a fantastic, colourful, community event that will offer a fun and entertaining day out for all.

All funds raised at this year’s carnival will go towards building a covered shade area to keep the children at Waipu Primary School warm and dry in the absence of a school hall.

Waipu Beard Shave off…

beardYou may have noticed a few more beards than usual around Waipu as those performing in the Waipu Pageant valiantly stopped shaving to get into the part.

20 January 12 noon is the Great Waipu Pageant Beard Shave Off  at the Waipu Fire Station

Funds to Project Promise – come and bid for the rights to do the shaving.
