I had a bad back – sciatica, it niggled but I did not do anything much about it. I had heard about Pilates, but had not paid much attention to it. Last year I started going to Pilates Classes with Barbara Faust, and it has been amazing – so amazing I stopped thinking about my back. However Barbara has been in Germany for a few months, and I am starting to get a few twinges again – and I think, its time to start going back to Pilates. Lucky for me Barbara has just published a new timetable for Pilates in the Bream Bay area. Come and join us!
Support the White Ribbon Motorcycle Ride to raise awareness against domestic violence
In 2010 the White Ribbon Ride will visit over 40 communities throughout the North Island with more than 200 riders taking part.
