Waipu Business and Promotions Group
The Waipu Business and Promotions Group has been going for many years and is very active in the community supporting Mainstreet development and working with others in promoting Waipu as a destination.
Meetings: on 5.15pm 1st Tuesday of the month at RSA in Nova Scotia Drive, All Welcome
New members are welcome to attend, to join or to be added to the mailing list. It costs $25 to join (Drop in at Waipu Real Estate) or email rosemary@breambay.co.nz to be added to the mailing list.

Waipu Residents and Ratepayers
Waipu Residents and Ratepayers group meets monthly to address issues of concern to ratepayers and to liaise with local government regarding local issues, often we have larger meetings to consult on particular community issues:
- district planning and zoning
- infrastructure issues such as roads, water and sewerage
- Road safety and speed zones
- civil defence

Bream Bay Business and Promotions Group
This new network (2011) meets at Waterline Cafe, Marsden Cove at 7am for breakfast and networking on the second Wednesday of the Month
$20 gets you a coffee and breakfast, and a chance to meet local people – all welcome. Sometimes there is a guest speaker, sometimes a focus on a particular business.
