The association is a worldwide provider of rehabilitation-based Pilates curriculum and high-calibre Pilates teachers.
Barbara Faust-Heffner
Barbara has studied Pilates with Polestar Pilates in Auckland for over two years with hundreds of hours of practice to master technique while observing and assisting Polestar teachers. At the same time, Polestar trainers ongoingly supervise their trainees and Barbara continues in this way towards mastering her personal and training techniques on a monthly basis.
