Tartan Week
From all reports the Tartan Week went very well and was well supported – congratulations to all who helped put it together – get ready for 2011 and long may it be an annual event. Waipu can show you how to party.
The MasterCard Road Show, which is promoting the rugby union world cup event in 2011, happened on Sunday 11 July in the Caledonian Park as the finale to Tartan Week and a great time was had by all. We understand Pat Hellier was gentle with the wee AB fellows who are not used to throwing cabers around – but they all had fun.
“Hi Don and Pat – I just wanted to say another big thanks from myself and the rest of the team for not only your help on the day but also the assistance you gave me in the lead up to the event. From our perspective it was our best event to date in terms of the format, venue, event attendance and the great content that our videographer was able to film. You guys have a great setup in Waipu and some real character ….”
